SHIPPING

Shipping is available for vintage clothing, vintage bags as well as our modern accessories, including enamel pins, jewelry, greeting cards and goods made by Chicago makers

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Orders are shipped out the same day Wednesdays - Saturdays, if order is placed before 3 pm.
  • All orders are shipped either via USPS Priority Mail or UPS and usually arrive within 2-4 business days [depending on location]
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been processed
  • We do NOT provide a paper packing slip with your order in efforts to remain as green as possible.
  • Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order as The Shudio is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect or unsecured provided address. 
  • In the event of a slot or stolen package, refunds are only offered if a claim filed with the shipping company is approved. We are not Amazon and cannot offer refunds or replacements without approved claims. 

  • WE DO NOT SHIP PLANTS.
    Plants are available for pick up only

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • We also offer local delivery within 8 miles of our storefront.
  • Delivery takes place on Fridays between 10-4 pm, and orders must be received by 4:30 pm the Thursday prior to be eligible.
  • Delivery is a $15 fee and we do require a contact phone number for delivery instructions and confirmation of order received. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Due to significant variances in weight and cost per country, we cannot offer flat rate international shipping, but would be happy to provide estimates with valid shipping address! Please contact us at hello@theshudio.co to arrange for international delivery.
